Avoid these 10..
.jpg)
According to some scientists, u should
avoid these 10 habit:
1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are
going to have a lower blood sugar
level. This leads to an insufficient
supply of nutrients to the
brain "causing brain degeneration" .
2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain
arteries, leading to a decrease in
mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and
may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the
absorption of proteins and nutrients
causing malnutrition and may interfere
with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen
consumer in our body. Inhaling
polluted air decreases the supply of
oxygen to the brain, bringing about a
decrease in brain efficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long
term deprivation from
sleep will
accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered
increases the concentration of carbon
dioxide and decrease concentration of
oxygen that may lead to brain damaging
effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness
may lead to a decrease in
effectiveness of the brain as well as
damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our
brain, lacking in brain stimulation
thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will
promote the efficiency of the brain

This week ...review
Dr. Peale was a wise man indeed, and the world needs more people who are so thoughtful and who live their lives on purpose as he did. Author of The Power of Positive Thinking, which sold well over 20 million copies, and founder of Guideposts Magazine, he was a success because he:a) Knew what his purpose was and b) He lived it every day.
I have to suspect that had Dr. Peale have lived long enough to become a faculty member of Success University, he would have loved the program and been one of the strongest advocates for it.
Why?
Because the company, just like its founder, Matt Morris lives with a purpose. His purpose, much like that of all of its top leaders is a genuine love for people and helping them to reach for and attain their God-given potential and to live life to its fullest.
As we travel in to Dallas for the Leadership Conference, from all points on the compass, I only wish that every student who has ever enrolled could be there with us. I say that because there is magic in events such as this. Magic and power.
Those who attend will get the powerful team building skills of world-class leaders handed to them. I can tell you from past experiences that some of those who attend will have their lives changed by the experience.
Beyond the training is the opportunity to make friends with others who are also building a Success University business.
It might even be the inspirational words of Les Brown, who speaks to us on Friday night, or from Matt, Johnny Wimbrey, or Tony Michael when they present their messages.
It might be when Ned & Cheryl Rae, Trisha Smith, Chris & Julie Chojnowski, Mike Ward or Daegan Smith when they conduct training sessions for how to achieve maximum success. It may even be some thing I say on Sunday. For many, something will happen that will transform their lives... forever!
If you cannot attend the Leadership Conference of Success University, know that we will miss you. All of those who read the First Bell each week, or dial in to the faculty calls, your company loves you and wants you to taste the sweetness of true success.
So go for it! We will be there to walk with you every step of the way!
